You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for a refund.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached, together with proof of purchase.
Email support@festoradecor.com with your order number. We will confirm your return and send the return instructions.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Perishable goods, custom-made items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and clearance items cannot be returned.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is our error.
